This is a wonderful week for our CSA! The boxes are packed FULL with wholesome fruits and veggies sure to make everyone in your household happy. While the bosses are away, us regular employees continue to keep at the harvesting all day every day to ensure you have great supply and variety in your boxes.
This week we have both triple crown blackberries and strawberries, Jubilee super sweet corn, squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, peppers, beets, carrots, and beans: our garden is running strong!
Take a look at the "Current Produce Box" tab to see what's all in the box again and click the colored items to see some great recipes we suggest for the week. The tomato link will take you to a great soup recipe since we have a bit of a cold spell with the weather this week, and the berries link will also pop up with a warm dessert recipe that is absolutely delicious!
